Advertised as being delivered before xmas if ordered before 20th December. I ordered on the 18th. Emailed me today with estimated delivery between 28th and 31st December! Spoke to "Lizi" on live chat who said this was worse case scenario. I pointed out if that was the estimate I'd have to assume it wouldn't turn up and would have to buy another gift just in case. I asked them to refund shipping for the item I'd end up returning as I couldn't wait until xmas eve. She refused.
Frankly the "we're pretty sure it'll get there" isn't what they advertise. I'll be pursuing this and warning as many as possible about this deception.
