This used to be a great company with good delivery times and excellent customer service. However, I ordered goods on 5th December and despite it saying on the website they are usually dispatched in 24 hours and take 4-5days to arrive at busy times, they did not get here until 24th December by which time I had to buy elsewhere. Their excuse? They were coming from USA and could take up to 30 days. They couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me where on the website it says this, their dispatch email (written after I’d placed the order said they’d arrive by 16th December and they didn’t address any of my questions. Once a loyal customer, I shall not be buying from here again.
