Quite disgusted with the service from iwoot. Ordered a rug back on 23 nov which did not arrive, I was told I had to wait 30 days before I could report it missing day 30 I was told a replacement would be sent out and guess what Jan 11 and they haven't even spoken to the supplier yet to have it resent. This is a company that is unable to fulfill customer orders of manage international shipping. Richard wainwright-Lee should understand the poor service his company is providing, many competitive companies out there so why bother using one that doesn't care about its customers.
