I ordered 2 sheepskin stools from iwoot. Only 1 turned up last Wednesday. I contacted them via live chat on Thursday and received e mails to say that they were investigating. Then, radio silence. I contacted them again yesterday by live chat and downloading and completing a form. They e mailed back to say that they were contacting the courier. They end every e mail with I hope this helps to resolve your query! Duh, no, not in any way whatsoever!!!! Why did they not contact the courier last week, and what form was their investigation taking if they haven't even spoken to the courier yet. I have spoken to the courier, and he has never been asked about my missing delivery. All of this takes time. You cant speak to anybody and there is no e mail address to contact. I just want to know where the parcel is, that they have been paid for and failed to deliver. It is not looking good, judging by the reviews. If it ever arrives, I will be flabbergasted.
