I would give a zero if I could. 1) They lie about stuff being in stock. 2) Needed item still hasn’t shipped. 3) But when I try to cancel, it tells me it can’t be cancelled, despite being within 14 days of ordering and the item still “processing” not shipping! 4) Messages rarely get returned, and if they do, they say nothing substantial and are on a No Reply email address! 5) The phone number for customer service on their website? It’s been disconnected and they admitted they don’t have an “incoming phone line.” I asked for a call and gave my number, but there is no outgoing phone line either! 6) SCAM is the only conclusion.
