Ordered an item in November well in time for Christmas jumper day at school (13th December) was told it was due to be dispatched on the 2nd, this never changed so I contacted them to confirm as I had a date I needed it by. They couldn’t give me an update. I then told them to cancel my order as I had decided not To risk it and did next day delivery with next. They told me they couldn’t do this and that I would have to return the item once it had arrived. Complete waste of time! I received a dispatch email today (14th December) thank goodness I ordered elsewhere! Completely unreliable, and bad customer service! Won’t use or recommend again!
