Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered two Christmas sweatshirts on the 1st December with an email received to say sweatshirts would be dispatched by the 3rd Dec. Long story short, still waiting for sweatshirts and it is now the 17th! My kids missed Christmas Jumper Day at school and are now not likely to have the sweatshirts for Christmas Day as they are yet to be dispatched. The customer service is shocking with very vague responses stating dispatch will be in 7 days. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a company online. Please take your custom elsewhere......
