I ordered a mug for a December birthday should have arrived early Dec, chased it up but had no reply. By mid Dec I thought it would at least be here by Xmas. They finally replied saying they had sent me an earlier email (they hadn't) but promised it would be despatched within the next 7 days. It wasn't despatched and still hasn't arrived. I thought they were a reputable company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered with them. If they are out of stock they should take it off the site, not lie and tell customers that it is on its way.
