Paid for a product, was sent an email indicating item had an exception in delivery. When i contacted the support team i was given the run around, asked to fill in forms and refill forms because they lacked information which wasn't specific enough. Tried to get a refund instead of a redelivery and was told warehouse must update order before refund could be issued. Lots of delays. Wonder what they are doing with my money while i wait?
