In August I ordered a set of five OPI nail varnishes described as 'Pink set' but the description did also state colours may vary. As they also sold other sets labelled similarly e.g. purple set etc. I went ahead and ordered thinking that the colours would vary according to the description. When I finally received them the box was damaged but the product inside was undamaged and unused. However there were 3 pink, a red and a brown shade. I contacted the company who told me to return them, which I did and my account was credited. I then received an email 3 weeks later which was titled 'unauthorised return'. The tone of the email was incredibly rude and accusatory. It stated that I had used the product and was therefore not accepted as a return. I have since replied to this email and advised that this was not the case. They then sent me a picture of the nail varnishes, one of which has nail varnish on the lid. I have since noticed that the the colour on the lid does not match any of the nail varnishes in the box!! Unfortunately it is my word against theirs but I categorically did not open or use them. The customer service from this particular member of staff was awful. This was my first order with them and there will not be another. Lesson learned, I will now be taking pictures of any items I return to other companies. STEER CLEAR!
