Look at the time I am posting this now and know that whilst I work F/T I am time poor, and I now wish to raise an URGENT COMPLAINT - seeing as I attempted to re-order and place a new order yesterday evening (what was Monday or Tuesday earlier this week) to aid me getting ready for my and my child's Christmas IN TIME in our new home and given the absolute car crash between your company and Evri have caused re my order at the weekend for which Evri are now on a continual loop of attempting to, or actually delivering or attempting re-delivery attempts to an address I have no access to, no transport of my own to go and collect from a safe place or neighbour and Evri's "tracking" app, site and phone number do not work to be able to rectify these issues either, this has been so far APPAULLING!!!!
TO TOP ALL THAT OFF I SEE VIA MY ACCOUNT LOG IN NOW THAT YOU APPEAR TO HAVE ZERO'd my credit limit and cancelled a number fo the items I ahve attempted to re-order in the last 24 - 48 HOURS, WHY???!!! Are you trying to drive me insane?! Because if you that is working. I am now going to bed at 2.10am beyond upset and Irked, DO something positive in my direct today whilst I at work and email me you will be able to ID me from my old post code and if I can get a direct way to communicate with some one in your company who start to unpick all of these issues that is the best way forward. “In August 2024 I opened an JD Williams account in my mother’s name and address but with my email and phone number as she is in a care home and not able to do this herself anymore. I ordered two dresses for her and paid for them with my bank card. Having returned one and had an text to say the refund could take up to 14 days nothing further happened. In October I started emailing them about this. They have used a series of delaying tactics and still not refunded as of November 12th.
Their online chat is not good and their response time to emails is bad. I have given them all the details over and over again but they refuse to refund me my own money as the account is in my mother’s name. I have sent them all the information including a copy of my Power of Attorney for my mother’s affairs which they demanded I sent before discussing the refund with me.
Every email they send begins with another request for my name, address etc stating they need this before they can do anything for me. This is despite them having this many times and doing nothing more than ask for it again. It’s my money they have kept, not my mother’s.
I have never dealt with such a bad organisation nor ever had trouble getting refunds for mum’s items which are ordered and paid for by me. I believe they are fraudulently trying to keep my money as there is no reason not to have issued the refund. As of today following another attempt by me to get a response an online agent said she had passed it to a specialist team which would get back to me within 5 days. I await this with scepticism.
I will never order from them again and am looking into how to report them for keeping my money.”
“If I could give zero stars that would be better, AVOID at all costs. What this company does is BREAK THE LAW.
It will give you a credit agreement then cancel it without notification to you ever. Their own agreement states they have to tell you immediately and the FCA also says they have to. They don’t. Don’t bother sending messages either as no one will ever respond and u will never ever get any written notification of them breaking their agreement. (This is after you’ve already had orders on credit and paid off what you owe) perhaps they are data mining who knows but I’d recommend avoiding them completely.”

(This was their preferred courier) I contacted Customer Services and was advised that it takes 14 days for them to receive it then 4/5 days for my card to be credited. “I would like to point out that all refurbished iPhones on the site should be avoided. Many of the components, including the screen, are fake. In August, I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max, which stopped working within two weeks. In addition, the screen cracked when I put it in my back pocket. Upon taking it to an iPhone shop, I was informed that the parts are not genuine iPhone components. I have noticed that the item is no longer in stock. I reached out to the company two weeks ago regarding this issue, but they have failed to respond despite sending them a reminder. I’ve been offered £850 credit limit on my application after doing a hard credit search
The next day after ordering around £100 my order got cancelled without any notification or email.they have wiped all my credit to £0. Speaking to customer service saying they have the right to cancel any order even after doing a credit search
I do accept that they have the rights but can’t give people a credit limit first and wasting time by purchasing in their website

“In August I ordered a set of five OPI nail varnishes described as 'Pink set' but the description did also state colours may vary. As they also sold other sets labelled similarly e.g. purple set etc. I went ahead and ordered thinking that the colours would vary according to the description. When I finally received them the box was damaged but the product inside was undamaged and unused. However there were 3 pink, a red and a brown shade. I contacted the company who told me to return them, which I did and my account was credited. I then received an email 3 weeks later which was titled 'unauthorised return'. The tone of the email was incredibly rude and accusatory. It stated that I had used the product and was therefore not accepted as a return. I have since replied to this email and advised that this was not the case. They then sent me a picture of the nail varnishes, one of which has nail varnish on the lid. I have since noticed that the the colour on the lid does not match any of the nail varnishes in the box!! Unfortunately it is my word against theirs but I categorically did not open or use them. The customer service from this particular member of staff was awful. This was my first order with them and there will not be another. Lesson learned, I will now be taking pictures of any items I return to other companies. STEER CLEAR!”
