I would like to point out that all refurbished iPhones on the site should be avoided. Many of the components, including the screen, are fake. In August, I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max, which stopped working within two weeks. In addition, the screen cracked when I put it in my back pocket. Upon taking it to an iPhone shop, I was informed that the parts are not genuine iPhone components. I have noticed that the item is no longer in stock. I reached out to the company two weeks ago regarding this issue, but they have failed to respond despite sending them a reminder. The company has been unresponsive and unhelpful in addressing this matter. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced; staff are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The worse company I have ever dealt with. The refurbished phones is a scam do not purchase!!! I have been a customer since 2018 and the services is consistently poor!!!!
