I ordered a mattress from this company, my second order with them.
I accidentally gave the wrong house number but didn’t realise till it was out for delivery. I used the WhatsApp customer service support and promptly received a reply from Jim.
Jim sorted immediately resolved the issue and I received my mattress.
I’ve had nothing but 5star treatment from this company and the mattresses have been of great quality too.
