DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Waiting over 3 weeks, been messed around, tyres dispatched then they cancelled why? they are just liars. So today 21.04.21 they have come back to me not stating why they cancelled my order once it had been dispatched (how can one cancel it once despatched?, more fabrication of the truth I suspect). Explaining that they will rush the new order through (another 3-4 weeks if I'm lucky) even though the website states in stock. I probably will have changed my vehicle before these ever materialize. 22.04.2021 (thought I better put the year in the way things are going) Received delivery status stating delivery 03.05.2021 (to the fitting garage) on a bank holiday Na, more lies, cannot even track my tyres on their website as it keeps stating try later. Have now asked for a full refund. With respect to your response today (03/05/2021) about no mention of a refund, I sent an email request on 30/04/2021 requesting a refund!!!!! I have also telephoned the number given today to verify my cancelation but your office is closed and all I managed to get was an updated status which was incorrect as the goods were initially ordered on the 26/03/2021 (RD 43946855 which YOU cancelled) maybe that request is stuck in customs with the TYRES that were arriving on the 03/05/2021!!!!!!!!!!!!
