Bought two tyres expecting “Fast Delivery” as they were “In Stock” as per the .co.uk (Witney, Oxfordshire) website claims. The tyres were dispatched from Germany, got stuck at customs due to Brexit for 3 weeks. I cancelled the order and requested a refund to buy tyres locally after 2wks and am still waiting for it in week 4. Customer services is poor, they promise things that the accounts department choose to renege on, like a refund for example and one member of the team was extremely rude, gave me a mouthful, insulted me and hung up. Do yourself a favour and buy from someone else, it’s just not worth it to save £20 over a £300 purchase unless you can actually afford to wait at least a month for your tyres. I bought from a local bike shop in the end, paid £20 more and got them fitted the next day.
