If I could give no stars I would. The service level I have experienced has become awful. My experience is.. they delivered used, damaged tyres and refused to collect them or pay me back in an orderly fashion (the dispute is still ongoing). To this date they have never actually attempted a real collection but are now threatening to cancel the claim if another attempt fails. The tyres they delivered to me were worn, missing the wax marks you normally see on new tyres and furthermore were damaged to the point of being unusable - see the pictures of nails through them! My advice: do yourself a favour and buy tyres elsewhere.
