I have ordered 4 tyres two of them have arrived 2 weeks after placing order. So another two I have to ask them on chat where they are to just find out there is problem on their warehouse and the tyres currently not in stock so I asked for replacement so chap on chat said we will dispatch replacement ASAP, I was thinking we'll Good enough but it was wrong as replacement rook a month and half to arrived. Poor communication poor service. As I was under impression that if there is any problem from they side they suppose contact me and let me know not just wait till I contact them.
