Shocking service. Ordered tyres, they were sent to the garage I selected on the MyTyres website as a fitting option. On arrival at that garage I was told the tyres were too wide for them to deal with. I then had to find another larger vehicle to go back and collect the tyres, find another garage that could deal with them and take the tyres to them. Then I had to go back and collect the first vehicle which needed the tyres. I then spoke to MyTyres Customer Service, who couldn't offer me a refund on the fitting straight away or any level of compensation for the hassle incurred. They said they will have to go through a procedure to establish the refund of the fitting. If I could give zero stars I would!
