I have ordered tyres and alloys over 10 days ago and have only just recieved an email saying that they do not have the items in stock. It caused some issues for me as I have had to find alternative transportation in the mean time. They offered me an alternative that would be more expensive so I declined the offer as they were not the tyres i wanted. They were more than willing to take the money. Still waiting on a refund.
A real let down, even after all the good things I heard about them.
