Parking at Nuffield Hospital York is free, because there are no meters, but no, you have to put your number plate into a machine, which nobody tells you about when you arrive or on appointment letters.
I'm expected to know about this system, which in my lifetime I've never heard of.
I received a parking fine, complained and got it rescinded. I was willing to take it further, if it wasn't. I don't like the fact that private parking company has got access to my details.
