Dreadful, I received an email recently regarding NCP parkpass app changes, emailed 3 times, still no reply, held on the phone and as I type this for nearly an hour today and 3 hours previously, shocking customer service, NCP don't deserve our customer if they are not prepared to speak to their customers!!!
The app is also useless!!
