Returned from a recent visit to Edinburgh registered all details in advance for parking having received confirmation of set up on the official NCP app .When it came to exiting message read Autopay not enabled card not recognised leaving me with a £51 bill for 1 full day .Although I voiced my concerns with the agent on site explaining the amount was incorrect they unfortunately were no help in finding a solution.
14 days later receive an additional £100 bill now an ongoing dispute ..? Bad practice from NCP very unprofessional. I have only recently used the app as recommended by the Bonham Hotel but I won’t make this mistake again app DELETED back to old school ticket and cash.
