There are claims that they unfairly fire Muslim employees who are not comfortable with tasks they haven't been trained for. The managers at the Birmingham City Centre and BHX Airport locations are reportedly biased and discriminatory, showing a lack of respect, particularly towards Muslim taxi drivers. This company's practices seem to reflect outdated attitudes and discriminatory behavior. It appears that the company’s ownership, based in Japan, and HR operations, based in the Philippines, have contributed to an environment of racial superiority. I wanted to share this perspective to inform others who might assume the company is reputable.
