Terrible experience. Machine did not take cash so had to use my bank card. Payment showed as pending twice but for some reason did not go through (there were sufficient funds).
Then got hit with PCN notice so I appealed. Just received another letter saying they haven’t heard from me and the charge has now gone up to £100.
Just emailed them again with proof of my appeal but I don’t hold any hope.
Very poor customer service and completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional.
