i recently went on holiday and had to park at NCP birmingham airport, we never planned this as we may have missed our flight! we were told by an employee on arriavl that this was the cheapest place to park... hahaha lied to and robbed by this company...£325 charge for parking and my car damaged! what a joke i contacted the director jo cooper and explaiend my situation and was basically told they are not liable for damage and thats th cost i have to pay
all i can say is avoid these car parks as they dont care they just want to take your money
