My daughter has had an awful experience with this company. We didn’t know when we booked it that it’s a 2 man operation whereby they post the job on their website and independent drivers make bids to win the job. You then have to pay the driving instructor direct in advance. If your driver is unreliable as was ours and you want to change drivers you can’t. This happened to us and we complained to the company direct and asked for the rest of my daughters hours be given to another instructor. Their response was that’s to do with you and your driver, you can ask him if you want but it’s not our responsibility we are an agent. We have had to have many arguments trying to get our money back. We just wanted the hours owing to us surely this is not too much to ask but apparently it is!
Latch, the driving instructor also told Her she wasn’t quite ready for the test at the end of the week and so she decided to do it at a later date but what wasn’t said to her is that she will lose the money for the test as well. This company and the drivers are all about taking your cash but without the service. My advice would be to find your own instructor through recommendation and pay as you go so then if you are given a driver as useless as ours was then you can just change without the stress that we have had it will also cost a lot less. My daughter is only 17 and has been in tears over this situation which isn’t right is it?
