I wish we'd checked the reviews for this place before we booked though them! They referred us to a driving instructor who was extremely unprofessional! Out of the 10 initial lessons we had booked in with him, he cancelled 7 of them (most of them on the day of the lesson) with a varying array of terrible excuses! And when he did turn up, he was late on two of the three occasions. Didn't even teach my daughter the basics of how to negotiate a roundabout correctly. And pushed the test back twice due to his lack of actually turning up for the lessons. When we complained to oneweekdrivingcourse, they point blank refused to refund our deposit! A sum of money we paid for a service that was not acceptable. Although the instructor did eventually arrange a refund of the £800 for the lessons we'd paid for (thankfully!) Please save yourself some money and AVOID!!
