Visited your store to children’s clothing up the escalator, saw black nightmare before Christmas hooded top and bottoms on a mani Quinn Found lots of bottoms but no tops asked primark staff where they where. Got told sorry , not been put out till tomorrow as we just had delivery , so I travelled back from Rhyl to your store once again on Saturday got told they haven’t been put out yet as we have to go through a lot of delivery stock come back either Sunday or Monday they should be out by then. , called in Sunday on the way back from raf valley , still only the bottoms there ,so after calling 264 times and pressing option 0. To speak to a member of the team. No one answered the phoned , so yet again traveled to your store again got told sorry don’t have any ,, staff member couldn’t help me as wanted to complain and got told sorry the manger is in a meeting,, so I suffered a financial loss travelling in my car daily to your store to be messed around by young bits of kids your staff members , unhelpful , given phone number by one assistant but called it 264 times no answer ,, never as a good customer to primark have I been let down by your customer service and advice from your staff members whom either lied to me or just palmed me off with excuses
