At the Walden-Galleria in Buffalo, NY. The checkout clerk was both extremely rude and insultive to my wife. My wife asked if an item that was not discounted would qualify as an identical item that had a discount (same product number, same cotton pajama's same design, etc.). The clerk became aggressive to the point my wife was AFRAID of the clerk. Turns out my wife was CORRECT and your employee both nasty and WRONG. I liked the Primark in Boston. This store is dirty and has at least one very bad employee.
