I wanted to return some shorts. It was about 7 days after the 28 days return time. I've been working away and simply wasn't able to get back sooner. I wanted to exchange the shorts for some others that fit better. I was refused. I would completely understand if it was December and I was trying to return a bikini but I wanted to exchange some shorts that they are still selling. The girl at the counter was so lovely but she couldn't do anything so she called her manager. Her manager arrived with her arms crossed and an 'I'm the boss around here' stinking attitude. It means nothing to them but I will never shop in this place again.
