Terrible went in bath branch and found face packs priced at 5p only to be told at point of sale they 75p. So why were they priced wrongly .informed price gun was faulty.not the fault of customer.i was not even given good will offer to acknowledge their mistake .the girl on the till who was lovely even admitted false and misleading.i ask for supervisor who's body language and attitude was disgusting I explain under section 20 of the consumer act 1987 stating wrong prices is illegal. She stood looking suddenly awkward with attitude of a kid...I know the value is low .but it's not the point .train your staff in manners.and armed with information.plus check correct price equipment. ...will be in contact with store manager .u
