These filthy scammers double-charged my credit card at the till, and didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge their mistake, let alone apologize. It’s beyond outrageous! They steal your money right under your nose, and then act like it’s no big deal, leaving you to fight tooth and nail just to get your own money back. Disgusting. The sheer arrogance of this place is staggering. Not only did they refuse to compensate for the blatant theft, but they couldn’t care less about the stress and inconvenience they caused. This is pure, unapologetic greed in action. You take people’s money without consent, then make them jump through hoops to get it back? Absolutely not!!!!!! I DEMAND THE MANAGER OF THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY FORMAL COMPLAINT LETTER!!!!!!!!!!!! Primark should be ashamed of this blatant theft and disregard for customers. This is beyond incompetence; it’s a calculated scam to squeeze as much out of customers as possible. I will be reporting these money-grabbing pigs to the authorities and making sure everyone knows how vile and dishonest they are. Steer clear of this disgraceful excuse for a business unless you want to get robbed blind.
