Well all in all a good experience but the reason I put a 4 is that the bags are always tearing apart so when I go it's raining ☔ one time and I have to lift the bag with two hands becuse there is a rip down rhw side and my things are comming out the quality of the things I bought were very good so that's a bonus I just think that they should have plastic bags
