I've ordered online a few times but returning items for a refund takes ages .So today I decided to try taking items into the store at Castleford not for a refund but for an exchange but manager refused to do this as I didn't have a bar code for proof of purchase but I did have an email for proof of purchase but she said that wasn't enough .Their for refused to let me exchange items .I did say I had traveled to exchange rather than return items for cash but she was unsympathetic and rather matter of fact .I have done this with other stores never had an issue and I know my not buying from this company bargain won't make a high he difference but it is a shame your online ordering didn't work along side your stores .Yes my bad for forgetting paper work but I had honest proof on my phone with order no
