The returns policy is a complete joke. 14 days to return an item especially during the christmas period is ridiculous. Most companies have 28 days at the bare minimum. Stuck with 3 dresses that will have to be sold online as unable to return due to my order being received more than 14 days ago.

Very short return policy compared to other stores, only 14 days. Even though near Christmas and most places are extending their refund period at this time of year. No wonder they are shutting stores.

1st time buyer, after looking in town shop, I fell in love with a jacket for an award dinner I was attending. Didnt have my size, the assistant kindly said go on our online shopping. I did that evening 4 days later in Guernsey I received a stunning jacket. I have brought accessories since. I will be back to buy when needed, as I dont often buy for myself. Great prices great selection great service.

Stupid returns policy, cut down to 14 days from the standard 28. They offer you ‘refund credit’ so they get to sell your perfectly re-saleable goods and make you spend the money again but beware because if you don’t do it within 6 months they also keep your money! Con artists

I've only bought one item from this company and I will not buy again. I cannot get hold of Customer Service, the return info is confusing, their return portal doesn't recognise their own order number. There is conflicting advice on how to return items and this portal doesn't give me any confidence in this company due to all the complaints and failures to return product. It feels like Quiz is making it particularly difficult on purpose. Never again! I have no complaints on the delivery funnily enough. It's just trying to return the item that is impossible.

I returned items and still didn't receive my refund , after a numerous emails & Facebook messages looking for an update, kept getting the same replies "we will refund after 10 days", I even told them it was past the 10 days, still getting the same reply. They seem not reading my emails properly! Shame on them

Ordered a few quiz dresses back through VERY but sent directly from Quiz. Sent them back...still waiting for acknowledgement for 2 of them and a refund for the one I did receive an email for. Quiz won't do anything as ordered from Very and Very won't do anything as sent through Quiz. Shambles. Never again!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company was so bad that I felt compelled to warn other customers. I ordered a Quiz dress from Macy's, a retailer I trust, but returning the dress to Quiz was a nightmare. Firstly, Quiz claimed they received the return after 30 days and that the item was defective. They said they had sent an email explaining the reason for not issuing a refund. After calling Macy's for the third time, I finally got this information. The worst part is that I can't believe this company is so unethical that they would go as far as destroying the dress and then claiming it was defective.

I don’t like quiz because they use to do all of the nice bodycon dresses now it is all of the tight leisure wear stuff and tan out of ideas and I won’t be going to quiz again

Made an order from Canada. I paid like 20 euro for international shipping. Just received in email from a compagnie I don’t know, ezcare, telling me I have to pay 45$ for this order to be ship????? I don’t understand and I’m sure quizz will take 82733 days to answer and with no solutions. I will never buy from this scam again

Awful customer service. I purchased several items from Quiz via Very, my catalogue account. I needed to return two items totalling £87 and was advised that because they came directly from Quiz, to send them back directly to Quiz rather than to Very. I did this using the returns label inside and the self addressed return sticker with the Quiz return details on it. 10 days later and no refund or acknowledgment of items. I have today contacted Quiz who point blank refuse to help and advise if they’ve received the items or not. I spoke to Very who told me to contact Quiz. So basically Quiz have sold me items, had the return and now refusing to help with the refund. And very are suggesting it’s Quiz responsibility. I’m £87 down and no one cares. Joke of a company, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I certainly won’t again and will make sure Very are aware they are a dodgy supplier. Will go to social media also. Like anyone can afford to be £87 down right now.

Bad customer service. Waited a long time for my delivery. Sent me the wrong item and an item I ordered was missing. Wouldn't refund me until I sent the wrong item back. Had the hassle of having to find a printer to get the returns label and go to the post office to post the item back. It was a mistake on Quiz's part so they should have had a courier collect the item from my door. Still waiting on my refund approx a week later. The app constantly freezes too and I was locked out of my account for a week. Have been ordering from QUIZ for years but they have lost a customer now as I won't be ordering from here again.

They don't give you a free returns label anymore you have to do it all yourself and I'm not good with technology and dont have a printer , I want to return a pair of faulty shoes and I have to pay now to post them , the straps won't even go around a toddler's ankle never seen such small tight straps on evening shoes size 7

Hi, I’m trying to contact quiz customer service as I haven’t received the confirmation and delivery information of my items that should arrive tomorrow but no one is responding. I have paid for next day delivery and after reading the reviews, I’m losing hope that they’ll actually deliver the items. Can I request for a full refund back and I’ll actually just go to the store instead please

AVOID Have tried to return a package to Quiz for the last month with no luck. Their QR codes do not work, have been sent new ones which they say have the issue fixed but they clearly haven't. Wasting so much time trying to return their item which arrived incorrectly in the first place. Most stressful company to deal with and I would advise to avoid shopping here. Any decent company would take responsibility for their own issues and not have their customers take the hit

REFUNDS TAKE 1/2 MONTH -AS STANDARD! BEWARE!!! ***STANDARD REFUND POLICY*** -YOU HAVE TO WAIT HALF A MONTH TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. (10 working days) The information was discovered after I brought the item.(s) ‐---------------- This was my response email from Quiz when I asked for my money back sooner: "I've had a look at the tracking details and can see that your returned parcel has been marked as delivered on the 15th of February. In case your refund is not processed by the 28th of February, please get back to us and we will manually process the refund. Kindly wait till the required time. If you have any questions or need any help, we’re always here. Kind regards, Bayaz Babar | Customer Care Advisor" ------------------ I will be deleting my account once I recieve my money back. A disgraceful amount of time to wait for your own money to be sent back to you. I won't be buying anything again from Quiz , there are much better companies out there to buy clothes with much quicker refunds policies. -------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: Since posting this review I received an email from Quiz , they offered me 10% discount on any future orders - I still haven't received my refund as they 'robotically' reiterated their 10 working days joke of a time to wait. Of course, I'm not going to purchase anything else! Disgusting company. Date of experience: 22 February 2023

sent back 2 parcels at the same time and they have only refunded one parcel and refuse to refund the other, as they say although signed for, they do not have it. they owe me over £400, I will pursue through courts if I have too. They email from abroad as the times are no uk times, no custoemr service at all

Ordered a dress , to be delivered to a collection point .. Got email to say it had been dispached , over a week later , no further on . Sent several whatsapps to be told its out for delivery . Its now a week overdue to the estimated delivery date , no help whatsoever from Quiz . I have asked for a refund on several occasions which seems to fall on deaf ears . I would never order from QUIZ again , total disgrace how they treat you . Here's hoping i get my full refund ...
