I took my wedding shoes back as they were faulty lost my receipt during lockdown went to the Norwich store to be told no receipt cannot do anything I said a credit note would be ok but assistant manager refused very rude . I asked to see the manager to be told she will say the same very unprofessional . £30 down the drain and I had to buy another pair for my wedding in July .
