I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company was so bad that I felt compelled to warn other customers. I ordered a Quiz dress from Macy's, a retailer I trust, but returning the dress to Quiz was a nightmare. Firstly, Quiz claimed they received the return after 30 days and that the item was defective. They said they had sent an email explaining the reason for not issuing a refund. After calling Macy's for the third time, I finally got this information. The worst part is that I can't believe this company is so unethical that they would go as far as destroying the dress and then claiming it was defective.
