I would give you less than one star if I could. Received the completely incorrect item which I can still deal with but the fact that you sent me an incorrect item which is filthy, smelly and covered in hair is unacceptable! I feel disrespected! I suggest you collect your piece of dirt rubbish soonest before it gets damaged outside because that’s where it belongs and not in my house! The cheek that your customer service as me to take my time and go and return it to Quiz??!! You must be joking!
