Order accepted, money accounted for but no Conformation email. Been trying to contact them over a week now. Sent 15 emails, they are not responding at all. Contacted bank twice on hold for 30 minutes. Told got to give them 15 days before bank will look at it. What are we supposed to do. No sign of order which was for a 50 th birthday present, now past that date. I would never ever shop with them again. Ive spent a lot of money with Quiz, I know we are experiencing unprecedented times, but surely an acknowledgement would have been the right thing to do. They are still taking online orders, BE WARNED!!!
