I waited six hours for recovery yesterday. I broke down at 8 and he didn't arrive untill 2pm.
The recovery driver, when unstrapping the bike from the truck ripped the front headlight off when he unstrapped the bike and the strap got caught. He then told me he didn't damage it when I literally watched him do it as I was steadying the bike to help him.
