Terrible experience. We were stuck on the motorway for 4 hours. Absolute incompetence- first person said that they had the wrong address. An hour later, the second person said that they couldn’t get to us as we were on the motorway. Two hours later, we were still on the motorway. It’s dangerous and they are suppose to be an emergency service.
They are an unsafe company.
