An absolute disgrace! Waiting for more than 4 hours and was then told they didn't have a patrol car so we wouldn't be rescued by them. Said they were going to try find a local mechanic (late on a Sunday evening by then!!). Had to take a (very expensive) taxi to get back home with my young child.
Finally another company came out to tow car away. RAC are useless and a waste of money!
