Dont deserve any stars. Called them 28 October 240 they said 2 hours or little more, maybe less. 2hour 30min call again remind them 2 children in car and we was in a dangerous place, ok wont be much longer hour later called again to say it's dark car battery flat no light in danger road cars speeding almost missing car really bad road they then said they only received call 5 oclock so would have to wait 2 hours we said we have calls logged on phone, also said we called police to prevent a accident waiting to happen. RAC then called a local company to help out that came about hour later he wasn't told the problem so had to go and get another truck to put car on. So definitely not going to pay a fortune for rubbish service again
