Am 120 miles from home, my keys and handbag got locked in the car, it is now 10,45, I phoned at 6.00pm. Someone rang to say they would be here in an hour, I had to make several calls, once the person put the phone down. I am 80, disabled, pain killers in my bag in the car. crutches also in the car. At last Anya was helpful and delightful, but sadly they sent the patrol man she had arranged somewhere else. Last phone call she is sending a local garage. They will be ninety minutes. I am absolutely horrified at the service. Never has the Racbeen more than 40minutes. Thank goodness I was not on the side of the road or by now I could very well be dead.
