RAC is the most useless company I have ever used they make you wait most operators good at lying they are rude. They do not bothering to inform you where your car is. You wait all day long waiting for the car and they give your answer is going to be ASAP. 10:30 in the night to recover my car. They picked up the car in the morning at 9 the dumped my car from Warwick to Oxford. Operator is saying I don't know when they are going to pick my car up no information misleading this is the worst place to be.
