RAC have refused to recover my car to the garage even though we are clearly covered., have paid a year in advance and have full cover. They have left my family stranded with no food and in the middle on no where. Stick with the AA.
RAC sells a sub standard policy and a provide a sub standard service via your insurance.
Apparently if you lose you keys you not covered for recovery, however it clearly says on their website that you are.
