The worst part was on every call to the RAC call centre they did not seem to have all the relevant information and to add insult to injury having written a letter of complaint and giving them 14 days to respond, and have still not received a response, and this is the service give to a customer of 20 years standing.
It is my understanding that they should have booked a Taxi in first instance and that patrol that first attended should have recovered the vehicle.
