If I could leave 0 stars I would. My car broke down on the 20th December 2022, I was left waiting for over 4.5hrs, no-one turned up, I was left stranded 10 miles from home. Had to abandon the car and make my own way home in the dark. Registered a complaint for the return of my premiums paid, this was refused. Now taking my case to the FOS under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for poor Customer Service and my money back.
