VILE, should be shut down. left me my wife and young daughter on the side of the road for 7hrs in freezing February 2023 at night with no updates getting fobbed off every time I phoned. 1am in the morning still no one turned up. Ended up getting towed from a passer by in which I was unsure about but had no option. Have complained via there complaints process, they say they will get back to you within 29 days but as expected, NO RESPONSE Just like their breakdown service. In process with fca to cancel my policy as they won’t let you leave even though they are consistently failing their commitment and policy.
