Worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life . I was broken down on KREFELD road it’s 40 mile zone when I phoned RAC they told me to phone Police. I phoned police they did not come RAC told me to park my near side street how can u move car when your gear box packed up. It was long que building up both side of road fortunately there was private recovery was passing by he offered to help me if I pay £110 which I agreed he they Strachey away lift my car from same spot I was broken down and towed my car away .
